Presentation of the New album "The City of the Blind "and Ke Ukamau

Wayna Tambo Foundation - Diversity Network is developing a cultural activity, communication and education aimed at young people of cities of El Alto-La Paz, Tarija and Sucre 15 years. Our work is developed through youth culture houses, Radios Intercultural and civic, community Knowledge and other coordinating with various movements and organizations, youth and citizens in the context of building a more equitable and just society.



There are two events that mark so strong the month of May as the month where we need to create space for political intervention from the field of culture. On one side is what happened in Sucre on May 24, 2008, the day colonial express the deep contradictions that are latent in our country, where violence and racism challenges us to push ourselves to promote spaces to counteract these events and projects. In the same way 2009, around the same time, there was the death of our brother, family member Wayna Tambo, Abraham Bohorquez, Ukamau and Ké, who in his artwork from the Hip Hop, works as a contribution to the construction of this Bolivia otherwise possible, without racism, discrimination, more just and dignified manner.
